It is our priority to ensure all sessions are run in a safe manner.

In the event of wet weather, we will notify you to cancel the session.

In the event of heat, all morning sessions will run, however if the temperature is forecast at 38 degrees or above the session will be cancelled.

In the event that Beyond Performance cancels a prepaid tennis lesson, we will offer a make-up lesson in lieu.

Any prepaid tennis lessons which are missed for personal reasons, beyond performance will do their best to offer a make-up lesson.

Individual tennis lessons require 24 hours notice for cancellation, failure to do this may incur a cancellation fee.
